About This Site
This site is exclusively for wholesale purchasing of "ANTRY" original products, operated by Antry Co., Ltd. Wholesale purchases made here are direct transactions with our company. Customers wishing to do business with us can apply via the application form. Please note that all applications are subject to review, and we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Registration Requirements
- A new registration requires a first-time order of 33,000 yen or more (tax included) at the wholesale price (excluding shipping).
- Must be a corporation or sole proprietor with a physical store or online shop.
- Registration is intended for retail purchasing; personal consumption or non-retail purposes are not permitted.
Main Terms of Transaction (Wholesale)
- First order only: 33,000 yen or more(tax included, excluding shipping)
- Minimum order amount per order: None (for second orders and subsequent orders)
- Minimum order quantity per order: 1 item ~ (some products may have lot sizes)
- Adherence to selling price: Please cooperate in selling products at the selling price.
- Direct shipping to consumers is not permitted.
- Reproduction of purchased items on EC sites is permitted.

Order Process
STEP 1: Registration Application
First-time users should complete the membership registration application. Approved businesses will be able to use the service after receiving a registration completion email.
STEP 2: Log In
Log in with your registered email address and password. Wholesale prices will be displayed after logging in.
STEP 3: Select Products
Add desired products to your cart and enter the order quantity. Lot sizes and set quantities vary by product, so please confirm the quantity and price.
STEP 4: Confirm Order
Enter your payment method and shipping address, then check out (confirm order). *Shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page. For details, please refer to "About Shipping."
STEP 5: Order Complete
Your order is complete once the completion page is displayed. An email with your order details will be sent immediately. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
About Shipping
For each order (shipment), if the total amount is less than 33,000 yen (tax included), shipping fees will be charged.

Shipping (Delivery)
In-stock items (immediate shipment): Shipped within 3-7 business days after order reception (excluding holidays and peak seasons)
Pre-order items: Shipped upon arrival.
Please inspect your products immediately upon arrival. If any damage or issues occur, please contact us within 7 days.

※ Receipts are generally not issued. Please use the statements/proof of transaction from each payment method.
About Quotations
Please add products to your cart and use the "Request a Quote" button on the cart page. You can then download the quote from the automatically sent email.
【Please Read Carefully】 Shipping costs are not included in the quote. Stock is not reserved at the quotation stage.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience, or for products within the acceptable quality range.
Only in cases of product defects, incorrect products, or shortages, we will provide replacement products, or store credit equivalent to the product price for use in future payments.
Please note that we cannot respond to reports of damage or defects made more than 7 days after product arrival.
【About Store Credit Balance】
Store credit balance is a balance that can be used for purchases on this site.
It can be used on the checkout screen (※partial use of the amount is not possible).
In principle, there is no expiration date, but store credit with an expiration date may be issued due to campaigns, etc.
