This website is operated by ANTRY Ltd. and is exclusively for wholesale purchases of ANTRY products . Purchases made through this website are made directly with our company. Customers wishing to do business with us are welcome to apply through our application form . Please note that applications are subject to review. We may not be able to accommodate your request.
Registration conditions
- For the first time only, a new registration condition is a purchase of 30,000 yen or more (excluding tax).
- You are a corporation or sole proprietor and have a physical store or online shop.
- The purpose is to purchase goods for retail sales, and registration for personal consumption or purposes other than retail is not permitted.
Main terms of trade (wholesale transactions)
- First-time orders only, retail price 30,000 yen or more (excluding tax)
- Minimum order amount per order: None ( (Second time onwards)
- Minimum order quantity per order: 1 item (lot number varies depending on the product)
- Compliance with retail prices: Please help us sell products at retail prices .
- Direct shipping to consumers not permitted
- Only purchased products can be reprinted on EC sites. *Please use the application form to request rates and other terms of the transaction.
Ordering process
STEP 1: Apply for registration <br>If you are a first-time user, please apply for membership. After review, approved businesses will be able to use the service after receiving a registration completion email.
STEP 2: Log in <br>Please log in with your registered email address and password. After logging in, the wholesale price will be displayed.
STEP 3: Product Selection <br>Add the desired products to your cart and enter the order quantity. Order lot numbers and set sales numbers vary by product, so be sure to check the quantity and price.
STEP 4: Confirm your order <br>Enter your payment method and shipping address, then check out (confirm your order). *Shipping costs will be calculated on the checkout page. For more information, please see "Shipping Costs."
STEP 5: Order Complete <br>When the completion page is displayed, your order is complete. You will immediately receive an email with your order details. If you cannot find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Shipping
If the total amount of the following items per order (shipment) is less than 30,000 yen (excluding tax), you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

About shipping (delivery)
In-stock items (ready to ship): Ships within 3-7 business days after order placement (excluding holidays and peak periods)
Pre-order items: Will be shipped as soon as they arrive.
Please check the product immediately upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if any damage occurs.

About the quote
Add the product to your cart and click the "Request a quote" button on the cart page. Download the quote from the email that will be automatically sent to you later.

Returns, exchanges and refunds
We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of customer convenience, or for products that are within the range of acceptable quality.
Only in the case of a defective or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement or give you a store credit equal to the product price that can be used for future payments .
Please note that we cannot respond to reports of damage or defects made after 7 days have passed since the product arrived .

Store credit is a balance that can be used to make purchases on our website.
You can use it on the checkout screen (※You cannot use it for only a partial amount).
As a general rule, there is no expiration date, but store credits with an expiration date may be issued for campaigns, etc.
