About membership registration

Q. Is there a cost to register as a member?
A. Registration is free. Registration is subject to review by our company and is only available to corporations and businesses.

Q. What information is required for registration?
A. Basic information such as business name, address, phone number, email address, and business details is required.

Q. Is it possible to register with an overseas address?
A. You cannot register with an overseas address or overseas phone number.


About orders

Q. How do I order?
A. After logging in as a member, add the item to your cart from the product page and confirm by following the order form.

Q. Are there minimum lots or order units?
A. There are settings for each product. Number of lots ( Please check the "Unit" section.

Q. Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
A. As a general rule, we cannot accept cancellations after a reservation has been confirmed. If you have unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.


Delivery time and stock

Q. Is inventory reflected in real time?
A. We update our inventory regularly, but there may be times when items are out of stock.

Q. What happens if I order multiple items with different delivery dates at the same time?
A. Items will be delivered in installments according to the delivery date. If items are delivered separately, additional shipping charges may apply.


Payment

Q. What payment methods are available?
A. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer (prepayment), or paid.

Q. What are the terms and conditions for using Paid?
A. Only businesses that pass Paid's screening when registering as a member can use this service.


About Shipping

Q: How much is shipping?
A. Shipping is free for orders totaling 30,000 yen (excluding tax) or more. For orders under this amount, shipping charges will apply depending on the region. Please refer to the usage guide for details.

Q. Can I choose the delivery company?
A. You cannot choose.


Returns and Exchanges

Q. Can I return the product?
A. In principle, no. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product only if the product is defective or shipped incorrectly.

Q. How do I return it?
A. Please contact us in advance and return the product according to our instructions. We will cover the shipping costs (only in the case of defective or incorrectly shipped products).

A. If you have already registered as a wholesale member and the price has not changed, please log out and log in again to update the displayed price.
