About the characteristics of the product
- This product is made from natural marble, so the color and pattern will vary from piece to piece. Some pieces have a strong brown color, while others have a white color.
- Our black pumps are categorized into two types, "A" and "B," and each one has its own unique pattern and color. Our gold pumps also have their own unique natural texture.
- Due to the nature of imported products, there may be small hairline scratches on the pump, but this does not affect the product's use.
- Due to the characteristics of natural stone, unevenness, small chips, scratches, cracks, streaks, etc. may be present. We ship the product without any issues regarding its use.
- Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the above reasons.
- Due to the characteristics of the product, slight wobbling may occur. If this bothers you, please adjust it using the included anti-slip cushion.

Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth. To remove stains, gently wipe with diluted neutral detergent, and then wipe off any excess moisture.

Precautions for use
- This product is for use with foam-type liquid soap only.
- Please be sure to check the included instruction manual before use.
- Do not use with strong cleaning agents (such as dishwashing detergent).
- Do not use anything containing alcohol, highly acidic substances, or solvents such as thinner or benzene, as these may cause deterioration or discoloration.
- Chlorine bleach will corrode the surface. Splashes or contact with the surface will also cause deterioration, so never use it.
- Marble is a heavy and slippery material, so please be careful not to fall or trip.
- Contact with hard or sharp objects may cause scratches.
- The brown and gray coloring and shades of the marble surface are patterns unique to natural materials. There are individual differences in the grain, color tone, and texture.
- To keep the container clean, avoid refilling it and wash it after each use.
- If the pump becomes clogged, immerse the pump in warm water and pump to dissolve the clog. We recommend regular cleaning as a preventative measure.
- Avoid direct sunlight, high temperatures, humidity, and freezing, and install in a level, stable location.
- Depending on the material of the installation location, ring stains or scratches may occur. If necessary, use a rug or similar underneath.
- We cannot be held responsible for any problems that occur at the installation site.
- Please use and store out of reach of small children and pets.
