This spoon is about 17cm long, larger than a dessert spoon but smaller than a dinner spoon. As its name suggests, it is made with a light brunch meal in mind. Its slightly deep shape makes it suitable for desserts such as puddings and parfaits, as well as soups and light meals.

The tips of the handles are beautifully turned, with Type A featuring a sharply pointed tip and Type B featuring a rounded tip design.
